The health and safety of our patients and staff is of utmost importance. Our team would like to advise everyone on basic precautions that should be taken in addition to those set forth by the CDC. RAM Radiology remained open for business during the pandemic and continue to follow added precautions including added sanitization protocols to our already high standards of safety.

Therapeutic Joint Injections

Radiologic Associates of Middletown RAM Radiology has board certified interventional radiologists to perform therapeutic joint injections. RAM Radiologists perform Therapeutic Joint Injection procedures at Middlesex Health, Madison Radiology, and Guilford Radiology.

Therapeutic joint injections are a minimally invasive treatment option used to relieve pain caused by inflammatory joint conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, tendonitis, bursitis and gout. Corticosteroids, used to reduce inflammation and minimize pain as a result, are injected into the affected joint.
