The health and safety of our patients and staff is of utmost importance. Our team would like to advise everyone on basic precautions that should be taken in addition to those set forth by the CDC. RAM Radiology remained open for business during the pandemic and continue to follow added precautions including added sanitization protocols to our already high standards of safety.

Chemoembolization

Radiologic Associates of Middletown RAM Radiology has board-certified interventional radiologists to perform all your embolization needs.  RAM Interventional Radiology procedures are performed at Middlesex Health.

Embolization is a minimally invasive procedure used to block the blood flow to blood vessels, while chemotherapy is used to feed and contain the anti-cancer drugs in the tumor. Chemoembolization is a procedure which combines chemotherapy and embolization to treat cancer.
