Radiologic Associates of Middletown RAM Radiology has board-certified interventional radiologists to perform your diagnostic angiography. RAM Interventional Radiology procedures are performed at Middlesex Health.
An angiogram is a diagnostic test that uses x-rays to take pictures of your blood vessels. A long flexible catheter is inserted through the bloodstream to deliver dye (contrast agent) into the arteries making them visible on the x-ray. Diagnostic angiography is used to help examine blood vessels and diagnose any abnormalities. Often times a contrast is used to see how the blood vessels are working.
Contact your doctor to see if an angiography procedure is appropriate for you.
To schedule a consultation, please call RAM Radiology at 860-346-8481.
Individual patient consultations are held at our MVAC office, 57 South Main Street in Middletown, CT.
