100% of RADIOLOGIC ASSOCIATES OF MIDDLETOWN'S RAM RADIOLOGISTS, AND ALL GUILFORD RADIOLOGY, MADISON RADIOLOGY AND MVAC STAFF HAVE RECEIVED THE COVID-19 VACCINATIONS.

 

To our patients:

The health and safety of our patients and staff is of utmost importance. Our team would like to advise everyone on basic precautions that should be taken in addition to those set forth by the CDC. RAM Radiology remained open for business during the pandemic and continue to follow added precautions including added sanitization protocols to our already high standards of safety.

We ask all of you for your compliance in keeping everyone healthy and safe. If you have any of the following symptoms, please call before your appointment:

  • Fever
  • Runny nose
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Flu-like symptoms
  • Have travelled outside the country
  • Have been exposed to anyone with Covid-19

Osamu F. Kaneko, M.D.

Osamu F. Kaneko, MD is a Connecticut native who specializes in Neuroradiology. 

Dr. Kaneko received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology at Harvard College. He then earned his medical degree at The David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Dr. Kaneko also spent 1 year during medical school conducting oncology research at the NIH through the Howard Hughes Medical Institute Research Fellows Program. Following medical school, he completed his internship at Kaiser Permanente San Francisco, followed by his Diagnostic Radiology residency at Stanford, where he was Chief Resident. Dr. Kaneko continued at Stanford and completed a Neuroradiology fellowship. He practiced in the Kaiser Permanente system before joining RAM.

Dr. Kaneko serves as the Neuroradiology chair and Quality Chair at Middlesex Health.  He is a member of the American Society of Neuroradiology, American College of Radiology, and the Radiological Society of North America.

In his spare time, Dr. Kaneko enjoys fishing, paddleboarding, nature walks and spending time with his family.
